Karlita Bowman Posted January 28, 2023 Share Posted January 28, 2023 (edited) I am trying to find a picture of the old (1920’s-30’s) Slide that was in Hermann Park until it was dismantled in the 1940’s for the war effort. It was a huge slide and it had brass rollers on it that you slid on so it was incredibly fast. My mother (95 years old, living with me and fighting cancer) talks about this slide often and would love to see a picture of it . I’ve looked but have not been able to find one and thought someone here might know of one. We love TOT . TIA for any help anyone might have.
