Notice the woman in a bonnet…seems to be the only woman in the photo. Second photo is also a trade day photo from July 8, 1939, from the UTA Libraries. A typical sidewalk scene in the business section of Weatherford that includes shoppers and farmers. Trade days is still going strong in Weatherford and is held on the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday preceding the first Monday of each month.
