Gary Posted March 6, 2023 Share Posted March 6, 2023 Suggest to someone that they try the hobby of genealogy and they likely will just roll their eyes, declare that it is boring, or try to change the subject. It can be both frustrating and rewarding. A lot of the research can be done from home using email and various genealogy websites. But, there are times when you have to visit libraries and courthouses. Advances in our understanding of DNA have made it easier to connect with previously unknown cousins and people researching common family lines. Try it. You might like it.
