Efrain Moreno sent in this OUTSTANDING photo of the customs building in the south Texas border town of Roma in 1870. I can't believe how good this is, particularly considering its age. And consider that this was a mere 34 years after the Texas revolution in 1836. It's really quite amazing to ponder how quickly the landscape changed once Texas became a republic and then a state. Thank you, Efrain. Really super.
